O’RINGS

O-rings are most commonly used as a sealing device with a round cross section. O-rings can have profiles like solid, round, quad ring, square shape and hollow round.

Available in continuous cord, vulcanized, molded to custom specifications. Also available in different durometers.

Standard cross sections are:

0.040”, 0.062”, 0.070”, 0.103”, .0139”, 0.210”, .0275”, 0.312”, 0.375”, 0.500”

Standard and custom O rings are made from various compounds:

Viton ® (FKM), Perfluoroelastomer (FFKM), Silicone O-rings (SI), Buna/Nitrile O-rings, (NBR), Neoprene O-rings  (CR), EPDM O-rings, Aflas O-ring, Urethane o-rings, Fluorosilicone O-rings, Teflon O-rings (PTFE), Urethane O-rings, Mil-spec O-rings, FDA O-rings
