Virgin PTFE/Teflon®

PTFE (PolyTetraFluoroEthylene) is one of the most versatile plastics available. The self-lubricating material has great chemical and corrosion resistance, excellent insulating properties, and a low friction coefficient. PTFE is used in semi-conductors, insulators, bearings, aerospace and chemical processing industries and can operate in temperature from -100º to 500º F. PTFE can further be enhanced by adding fillers, including Glass Fibers, Carbon, Bronze, Stainless steel & Graphite to improve its wear resistance and compressive properties. PTFE is available in Sheets, Rods, Films, Rings, O’rings & Tubes.
